Sources Gala raises $220,000 for social wellness programs
The Hazelmere Golf & Tennis Club transformed into a black-and-white vintage French circus on April 22, 2017 for the Sources Blanc et Noir Gala. With a classically-dressed magician, contortionist, fortune teller, mime and ringmaster, guests were invited to step back in time to help create a better future for those in need within our local communities. Coldest Night of the Year 2017
Our favourite winter walkathon returned to the White Rock waterfront on February 25, 2017 and it was our most successful Coldest Night of the Year fundraiser yet!
Over $85,400 was fundraised for Sources Community Resource Centres’ Homelessness Prevention Services and Rent Bank, exceeding way beyond our $70,000 goal. This was Sources’ fourth year hosting the White Rock walk.

White Rock holds 3rd Place in Canada on Coldest Night scoreboard
Forty-six thousand five hundred and fifty-three dollars – that is how much has been fundraised so far in the Coldest Night of the Year walkathon in White Rock, hosted by Sources Community Resources Society.
