On July 1, 2017, people across the country celebrated Canada’s 150th birthday. This day also marked the end of the Great Canadian Giving Challenge, and with that, the announcing of the Challenge’s winner. The nationwide contest gave registered Canadian charities the chance to win a $10,000 donation – one of those charities being SOURCES, and more specifically, our Volunteer Wheels Program. Read More…
Sources Life Skills Resource Centre staff and clients gathered on June 29, 2017 to commemorate Canada’s 150th Birthday with their very first Canada Day Dance and Celebration. Having a reputation for hosting fun, engaging and meaningful get-togethers, this was a party not to be missed.
Rose, a long-time resident of Sources Stayte House, lost her battle to cancer and passed away at Peace Arch Hospital surrounded by family on June 4, 2017. She is very much missed by her Sources family – her roommates as well as the hundreds of Sources staff and clients that she connected with and left lasting impressions on.
