It’s amazing what can happen when community comes together. When the Ingram Mortgage Team and Schreder Personal Real Estate Corporation met on the ice for a charity hockey game benefiting Sources Langley Food Bank, they raised $3,500 in addition to a car-load of food! That dollar amount was generously matched by Royal LePage Wolstencroft for a total donation of $7,000 for the food bank!

Players and family members of the Semiahmoo Bantam A1 Hockey Team decided to give back to their community this holiday season by organizing a Food Bank Drive for Sources South Surrey/White Rock Food Bank!
The Rotary Club of White Rock Peninsula hosted a special lunch for low-income seniors, including Sources clients, at Women’s Place on December 19, 2015.

Sources Langley Food Bank was a target of multiple thefts earlier this month. Between December 10 and 13, thieves stole $1,000 worth of gift cards, took our one-tonne delivery van from its parking spot, used its gas card to buy $1,300 of diesel, then abandoned it wrecked beyond repair. To top that off, the transmission on our other van blew. We were living a nightmare. Read More…
